Основные научные результаты за последние годы
- На основе тио-производных нафто- и бензохинона разработаны два электрохимически активных концевых модификатора олигонуклеотидов для использования в электрохимических геносенсорных технологиях. Редокс-потенциалы модификаторов различаются в достаточной степени для надежной дискриминации иммобилизованных на золотых электродах модифицированных олигонуклеотидов.
- Исследованы электрохимические свойства первого представителя С(sp2)- центрированного нитронил-нитроксильного бирадикала. Его одноэлектронное электрохимическое окисление и восстановление в приводит к образованию долгоживущих дублетных катион- и анион-радикала соответственно.
- Показано, что пересечение термов электронных состояний и сложное строение поверхности потенциальной энергии (ППЭ) присущи широкому кругу циклических органических ион-радикалов. Спектральные и химические свойства этих частиц могут быть интерпретированы на основе исследования их ППЭ относительно простыми методами квантовой химии (ROHF, MP2, DFT).
- На конкретных примерах показано, что псевдовращение, свойственное ион-радикалам бензольного ряда, может сохраняться при переходе к бициклическим системам (анион-радикал октафторнафталина, катион-радикал транс-декалина), а также при введении заместителей (анион-радикал пентафторанилина).
- Найдено, что сложное строение ППЭ проявляется в селективности мономолекулярного распада анион-радикалов полифтораренов с отщеплением фторид-иона в полярных средах. Возможность фрагментации анион-радикала пентафторанилина в неполярном растворителе обусловлена образованием водородной связи между уходящим из орто-положения фторид-ионом и протоном амино-группы.
- Изучена электрохимия и молекулярные ионы тиоксантенонов, их S-оксидных производных и тиоксантентрионов. Установлены механизмы их электрохимического восстановления и окисления.
- Изучена электрохимия и исследованы молекулярные ионы динитронов илиденового ряда. Показано, что динитроны илиденового ряда обладают очень высокой электроноакцепторной способностью, низкими потенциалами электрохимического восстановления и способны образовывать долгоживущие анион-радикалы и катион-радикалы в жидкой среде при электрохимическом одноэлектронном восстановлении или окислении.
